Rates
Each extra person is an additional $15.00. Max occupancy is 5 per standard, 3 per king room, and 10 per suite.
Deposit
A deposit equal to one night of lodging is required to reserve a room. Deposit refunds will not be issued if the changes or cancellations are not received more than 14 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date. Deposits are applied to the total of your scheduled stay. All deposit refunds have a $25 handling fee assessed to refund amount.
No Smoking and No Pets. We charge a $250.00 deep cleaning fee for any rooms that smell of smoke or pets and you may be asked to leave.
Quite time is 11:00 pm, no excessive noise or lack of respect for the property will be permitted. If you do smoke please respect the other guest around you and smoke by the fire pit . Thank you for your understanding.
